I am ok with this - I would rather they tie divvys to profits and so the divvy is sustainable. Makes no sense to maintain a high divvy, if you have to borrow funds to pay it - not to long term shareholders at any rate.
Keep divvys lower for a couple years, get your house in order, then they'll fill up my trolley!
