Brad never does look comfortable, he is a poor factional leader IMHO and is only CEO due to factional warhead and a need for Cairns to have a factional head within Management.

Corbett, Marr and Dammery might be emboldened by performances like that from Brad.

I think the Banducci faction: Cairns, the strategy guy Goth and the women (Broadbent, Tesija, Kramer and McKenna) are on the wane and that is why you have that poorly executed Big W stuff. Sally must be getting nervous and trying to secure a payout or an inside run on what happens to Big W. I think Brad will be under pressure to sell it to the highest bidder.

I think Corbett, David Marr, Dammery along with support from Ullmer and Perkins might mount a considerable challenge based around ALH, Big W and the loyalty rewards program/ grocery strategy.
