Is this the "beginning of the end" for CWN's gambling dreams?
Answer: YES.
At very least, CRN cannot expect release of its jailed Employees anytime in 2017.
Add, 95% plus dry-up of Chinese Whales & VIP...and pretty much any other Chinese who valued their skin.
So, where does that leave $6 Billion CAPEX planned for 2017 and beyond?
Answer: In the proverbial!
With $2 Billion Cash Outflow already committed so far, CWN could well end up a "The Casino With No Money...?"
