Yes it may well be - but with farming your biological assets grow when all things are perfect. This is still high risk, due to Cyclone - Fire Flood and Pests etc.
This is getting managed with geographical diversification and good biological management. I black swan can throw a spanner into the work's though.
Still I like the progress and have been a long term holder - lets see how they go over the next 10 years..
