What has been frustrating is the confidentiality clause that was signed back in July last year. All the directors knew of the proposed sale of the mine in Alabama and I imagine they all know what is going on here. What about disclosure to the shareholders? Don't we have to know what is happening with our investment anymore? We still have a great asset but if this falls through what is plan B? Or will we be waiting another 6 months as the SP bleeds to below 10. Lack of confidence in management will kill this before anything else.
