Attila Resources (ASX:AYA) is preparing to outline details regarding the transaction with Magni Resources, LLC and funding requirements.
The ASX has granted the company a trading halt to prepare, with its shares placed in pre-open.
In July 2014 Attila received a confidential, unsolicited expression of interest from Magni Resources indicating Magni Resources’ desire to acquire the Kodiak Coking Coal Project in Shelby County, Alabama, U.S.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Tuesday 7th April 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
