For everyone who doesnt  know what is going on with the SP, probably mostly to do with the several breakdowns in the LCS the last few weeks, both the lockheed martin and ASB versions. Basically the US Navy is changing some of things with the LCS program to address reliability problems, more training, different crewing arrangements etc

Probably makes it more likely that the whole program isn't canned as they are basically all sensible changes. ASB also I think is more likely to get the big contract out from 2021 for the 'Frigate' version, since their ships have so far performed better.
