Yet again, nominate the specific ROW customers and their potential demand volumes that would come remotely close to justifying $1Bn CapEx for just 3600tpa NdPr?
Simple fact is you can't, that potentially unmet demand growth will occur INSIDE China, and they already have available separation capability.
Given the extremely high Th & U levels here "Nolans Bore (on deposit) 0.8 (highs to > 10)" rank right up with a number of U deposits it will be expensive to even produce a clean concentrate feed.
Strongly suggest you do a more thorough DD here, rather than stressing over Lynas residues.
