Peter,
Im in a similar situation although have managed to average down to 16c. I won't take up this allocation as this has still a very loooong way to go. I still think this will end up in Chinese hands, but hope to get out before they get full control as they are not renowned for being generous divi payers so capital growth is what im looking for.
