The correct technical description for what is happening is called.............."RETROACTIVE INHIBITION"
Look it up and you will see that AVQ has caused retroactive inhibition........ there is no longer any response to an earth-shattering announcement.
There has been so much of "crying wolf" and no result that the market doesn't respond any longer.
Nothing less than a Take-Off agreement and financial statement will push the share - price.
