Once US and Canada are bedded down and generating good profits. High population density advanced western economies next - UK, western Europe and Japan are plenty to go on with, and some years away.
SFI has taken steps towards licensing in China. That may be how Nea enters markets like China and India, but don't hold your breath. There are lower hanging fruit, so in my view India is well beyond the horizon.
