Well it looks like Eagleview are definitely on top of it, claiming to have 20 planes in the air....
The example image they have used also shows how old their existing imagery is, given that many houses didn't actually exist in the first shot....
Hopefully Nearmap is also focused on delivering a quick update to their Texas customers in this difficult time....would be nice if it got picked up by Media (Mashable, etc) to generate interest in the NEA product, but also further awareness for relief efforts.
