Yes it's appalling @butz. Muthy has done little except pass blame on previous govts and wait for Chinese -Japanese - U.S. assistance.
SVM and the Malingunde project thankfully is not heavily dependant on electricity due to the simplicity and the scoping study has stated diesel power generation - changing to grid supply when/if available.
I look forward to learning more re this and transport logistics progress in the soon to be released PFS.
