It's about potential buyers that are watching this stock, who might have 500K to invest. Who are reluctant because of a certain recent massive sell off. I know a few investors personally who are hesitant to jump on board because of the sell off.

If I was in managements position, I'd be trying to convince all potential investors by topping up.
