Hey listen up Nicholas Aberle, I'm going out on a limb here but_ do you know what else we could do to secure our own secure VIC gas supply_ instead of penalising [by introducing a gas reservation policy] the few VIC offshore and near shore gas explorers and producers who are currently moving to provide more gas for VIC gas users?

This is a novel idea, but anyway, how about we allow our VIC gas explorers, that currently have tenements/permits onshore, to actually drill on their permits that they are leasing from the Crown for that exact purpose.
