How will it affect APA ? (Until unless ACCC forces APA to sell some of its assets, else loose the licence as ACCC did with Coles when it bought discount grocer Bi-Lo. ACCC forced Coles to sell some of Bi Lo to IGA, Including few of Coles stores were transferred to IGA in swap deal to meet ACCC criterion.
