- Proceeds of issue will be used to refinance maturing debt
- Notes will be issued by apa's wholly-owned borrowing entity apt pipelines limited
- Usd 850 million of "long 10 year" notes, with a maturity date of 16 july 2027, have a fixed coupon rate of 4.25% p.a.
