Request for Extension of Voluntary Suspension
Jackgreen Limited, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, request ASX grant a
further extension to the voluntary suspension in relation to the company’s
securities, from commencement of trading this morning, Thursday 9 April
2009.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2 the company states the following:
1. Reason for the voluntary suspension
Pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising. The
Company requires further time to conclude discussions and negotiations with
interested parties that have been identified in the past few weeks.
2. Length of suspension
Until 10.00am Friday 24th April or until the announcement is made.
3. The event that the company expects to happen that will end the suspension
The announcement by the company.
The company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension
should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the
market about the voluntary suspension.
