Jackgreen today released its March quarter Appendix 4C demonstrating the continued improvement of the business and its net cash flow.
The December quarter shows a 62% increase in the receipts from customers on the same quarter last year to $15.053 million from $9.276 million. While these receipts are a slight decrease from the previous quarter, reflecting seasonally lower collections due to January holidays and the February short month, the company continued its improvement in net operating cash flows.
The net operating cash outflow for the quarter of $443k has significantly reduced from the last quarter’s $1.668 million and continues its trend to positive cash flow as Jackgreen’s customer base builds.
Managing Director, Andrew Randall, stated that ‘the Company is reaching operational size to deliver cash flow positive results. Apart from the next quarter being affected by some annual payments relating to green and hedge costs, the business continues along its trajectory of growth, profitability and positive cash flow. As anticipated, Jackgreen will provide significant profit from next financial year that begins July 1, aided by recent announcements of regulated retail price increases in NSW and QLD starting the same date. Jackgreen is Australia’s dedicated renewable energy retailer.

This was released while they were suspended if I recall. Lot's of positive spin - if they are in trouble they must have known that then. Sorry to take a negative view but it's easy to do that in an information vacuum!

The company surely must announce something today - if phishpheet is correct then they will look like the geese that they have seemed to be.
