Hi Flush Tone,
I believe that open cut mining is probably the only cost efficient method for extracting coal from the Dartbrook mine, I don't disagree with this. The point I am trying to get across is for them to start an open cut mine, they will need to get all state and federal government approvals as Dartbrook mine only has approval to mine underground. This will be a lengthy and costly exercise which I believe will be rejected due to the environmental sensitive location of the mine.
