I think that's a pretty big call.

I would admit however, there needs to be a partnership deal announced by the end of February or else I will have the opinion that their "imminent" claim was either deceptive or premature.

That being said, I recall "imminent" was used during the roadshow and not in any particular ASX announcement, so i guess they kept it officially legit.
