Analytica Limited (ASX:ALT) has received support from Patersons Securities, which is partially underwriting its $3.7 million capital raising to $2.8 million.
Proceeds from the rights issue will be used by the company to fund the marketing costs in connection with the launch of its PeriCoach pelvic floor muscle training system in the U.S. and Europe.
The company is offering shareholders one new share priced at $0.008 for every two shares held.
For every three shares subscribed for the company will issue:
- 1 short dated option exercisable at $0.011 on or before 29 February 2016; and
- 1 long dated option exercisable at $0.014 on or before 28 February 2018.
Adding interest, chairman Dr. Michael Monsour has indicated that he will subscribe directly for $100,000 and sub-underwrite $300,000 on a priority basis.
