    Feb 15 (Reuters) - Austin Exploration Ltd (AKK) :

    • Austin sells Texas Birch property for $1.5million (AKK)
    • Says proceeds from sale significantly reduces debt profile
    • As a part of sale Austin has negotiated to keep two producing wells in Texas

      that combined produce approximately 10bopd
