Refracktion,  Your commentary is quite confusing.  First you say, "They spent 7 years telling us the TLS as it exists is the gold standard regulation they promised us.  They can't suddenly turn round and say "only kidding""  Now you say, "nobody is claiming that the limit should be set in stone."  "

So, which is it?  You claimed that it was only gold standard as it exists and that they couldn't turn around and change it.  Yet, one post later you are saying that it shouldn't be set in stone.  Conflicted much?  

In keeping with your odd and less than straightforward commentary you add, "For the limit to be raised they would logically have to prove that they have demonstrated that they can control matters so that the limit could safely be increased. So far Cuadrilla have demonstrated the exact opposite."

Really?  And how is that exactly John Hobson?  Have you run the r squared analysis on the 40,000 microseismic events and showed the covariance with pumped pressure?  How can you factually demonstrate that Cuadrilla cannot control the levels of tremors?  

Honestly, we just laugh when we see such drivel.  Anti-frack and anti-fact - cut from the same cloth.
