IMO our government has given their clear view for a reason. The electorate will like their decision as on the face of it it shows that HMG is being cautious, looking after our safety, and looking after the environment. But, our gov will now know that the TLS is highly restrictive and that Cuadrilla/Ineos will inevitably take the Oil and Gas Authority to court via a judicial review, thereby taking the decision out of our government's hands.

So, a delay is inevitable, but ultimately this will come good whence the TLS threshold is reviewed via a JR!
