    Feb 18 (Reuters) - Automotive Group Holdings Ltd (AHG) :

    • Update on divestment of covs to gpc Asia pacific (AHG)
    • Proceeds of revised transaction are estimated at $36 to 37million including goodwill, inventory and assets
    • Revised price is offset by ahg retaining four stores at Albany, esperance, karratha and port hedland
    • Says original transaction proceeds were estimated at $43 to 45million
