Yes asf the s/holders can vote this thing down at the egm to be held in October. The hedge funds have recently become substantial s/holders and acting together (a bit like the three independents) can call the outcome, especially if they join with major institutional s/holders. I dont think that they will be happy with $0.15 seeing that they have paid $0.145 - 0.155 for their shares. The pwc report valuing mos up to $0.197 is a further indication. Someone made the point a few weeks ago that the current process has served the purpose of valuing mos, and even if the agl bid fails it would be most unlikely for the s/price to fall back to the pre bid level. I will be voting "no" and if the agl bid fails I think that it will then be time for s/holders to move against the mos Board. Throw them out! And put a new Board in place which can get on with the exploration program and find some oil and gas.
