jake, I just wrote another post on this- about how the AGK offer is at the lower end of MOS value. I'd be surprised if another mob didn;t come along and make an offer. The good thing about knowing what is fair value, is that another company can bid over this offer, and still get MOS for cheap.
Your disclosure point is a good one. Are you able to make such a protest? Maybe the ACCC would like to know about it, via their takeover panel complaints process.
