I haven't checked the volume but I'm guessing it's very low. AEB is generally pretty much illiquid which makes it easy for people to push a trivial number of shares through at whatever extreme price they want to in order to give a false impression on the market. Yes, you'd need rocks in your head to pay 4c other than to put on a show.
