Mr Cornish is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience as public company CFO and Secretary, focused on financial, administration and governance roles. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the accountancy profession both in England and Australia, mainly with the accountancy firms Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has extensive experience in all aspects of company financial reporting, corporate regulatory and governance areas, business acquisition and disposal due diligence, capital raising, company listings and company secretarial responsibilities, and has served as CFO and/or company secretary of several Australian and Canadian public companies.
