It does not surprise me that they would have to sell at a discount due to the lack of liquidity in the shares at the moment. Although I shall look into the behaviour of those venture capitalists selling, I'm pretty sure it's nothing new for Starfish Ventures. I have seen them make their money shortly after IPO's, just take a look at their website.
