Looks a positive to me. Outgoing had hardly any skin in the game and Cameron is representing Kentgrove who have 16m and probably Shomron also. So minimum 16m and maximum 55m, I'd guess he's there for the brothers and their combined 55m shares. Lot of money on the table for them if they get this right.
