- Accor and Sam Nazarian's SBE to launch "Hyde" brand in Australia
- Coming to Australia's Gold Coast in March 2019, the companies say their 'Hyde Paradiso' will be a "fashionable playground, inspired by LA's famous Sunset Strip."
- Accor bought a 50 percent stake in U.S. hospitality mogul Sam Nazarian's upmarket SBE Entertainment Group in 2018
