Well- Main Events in Texas is already helping support the relief effort, so I don't think it's too bad for them.

It's important to remember that only certain areas of greater Houston are flooded- mostly in the flood plains, but also in some other areas. After the Brisbane flood of 2011, residents from unaffected areas (the vast majority) consciously visited those areas affected to help support local businesses.
This is not to downplay at all the impact of the flooding for those residents in flood affected areas. It's very tough. Still, as I said, Texans will pull together.
For Main Event, business disruption insurance will cover any lost earnings till all centres have reopened and any repair costs as well.
