Steve - I am not for one second suggesting the deaths were nothing but tragic - but on face value it seems you are making a mountain out of a mole hill - yes the test and tag is a minor breach - but how about considering the glass half full - bascically passing the audit with flying colors. I am in the construction industry and if a site only had those couple of minor blemishes it would be considered a good day.

Would love to know your position on the stock - hoping no shorts are involved? Would be a terrible thought to make money off this incident.
