Agree gungadin. DT clearly initially tried to contact the families through the police liaison officer, which was a very tactful way of going about it, and this looks to have been misconstrued by some of the media as a lack of empathy from a big co. Trying to contact someone indirectly, out of respect, is not the same as not contacting them at all. It's all there in the video interviews with DT and in the tapes of the AGM.

The attempt at a Friday memorial opening tho, was a bit of a misstep. Too soon.

Really, this whole thing just needs space for the processes to work through.
