They wanted to raise $14.3 Mil which would have added 975 Mil shares, but only managed to raise $3.6mil, 202 Mil shares, only 25% were taken up, not a good result for the company I would have thought. But the company believes this has met internal projections ??

I personally disagree with that statement as the costs to do the RI etc are decent and anything short of what companies ask for is disappointing, especially when the company announced increased reserves during this RI.

So we have 593 Mil shares not taken up and company can do a placement anytime before Jan 26, at a higher or lower price depending if we get a farmin or not.

So everyone who wanted more would be included in the 202 Mil. Hope this helps.
