Hindsight is wonderful, but with the low uptake I do wonder if we might have got a lot closer to fully subscribed if we'd done the RI @ say $0.020, with a free attaching option, exercise $0.02, .03, or .04, and a short 12 mth expiry?
Not sure how that engages London fairly I suppose.
But for Aus, I reckon a lot would've been up for that...Miss those options
