If he extends the offer it will be under the same terms and conditions. If the Farm out comes in he may not extend the offer, possibly no further equity dilution. If the farm out does not come in before the option placing expiry date in January, the SP may be too weak to support the extended RI.
OR
The Farmout comes in and the SP rises and Dw still wants more funds can he arrange it to go with the extended RI for PI or is he stuck with bucket shops to II and their Sophs? If he is stuck I expect he will will just withdraw it and go for new funds at a higher sp that some II may chase the price up on the WINX spud.
I be happy if the extension expires, no more equity dilution due to an acceptable farm out
