    A report out on Newmont today is great news for Australian gold miners.
    HBSC’s Victor Flores said that without more acquisitions and or grass-roots discoveries that the company will face problems maintaining its current output of gold over the medium and long term.

    Australian gold producer Newcrest Mining Limited is tipped to be a logical takeover target for Newmont because of its sheer size and output capacity.
