    At 38 times earnings for FY17/18, the stock price is expensive - for now. However, advance the clock a couple of months and with the consensus forecast earnings for FY 18/19 putting them at 15 times earnings, Newcrest as the leading gold stock becomes undoubtedly very CHEAP!
