Answer: The US$1.2million did not go to Maxit nor DGR Global. Ecuadorian investors took up this part of the 41 British pence placing dated 16 June 2017.
Pertaining to the said placing with Newcrest [NCM], kindly go to Hotcopper Discovery Open Window and type in: "NCM." One will find that Hotcopper has posted up "HOT NEWS: NCM Solgold boost budget to explore copper gold.." [3am].
This said article talks of the BHP Offer to Solgold but was rejected and gives a brief history thus far. Of note: "Exploration so far implies High Grade Copper and Gold Find to Rival some of the Largest Existing Mines..." [Cascabel, Ecuador<>Solg]
Comment: Newcrest with 15.54% is now in place for whatever next corporate events as they are now in the "house."
