Yeah go for it, I'm usually wrong. But for what its worth I reckon that there is only a 30% chance of a serious takeover bid emerging and in the end HZN will probably win out, the synergies of the merger are just too attractive for it to not happen. If the merger does get the green light then ROC's sp will fall about 5% and HZN's will jump about 5%. On the other hand you could get a great bid for ROC and make a 20% premium.
