The only conclusion one can draw is that an 11th hour counter offer is more than likely. This may have been the desired outcome all along. Shake the bushes so to speak. Takes some conviction to buy against todays nosedive. Volume getting moderately serious today as well.
Risk reward to speculate on the outcome here is 10% to 20% for a counter offer, 25% approximately to swap into HZN and cross your fingers.
10% to 20% is beautiful if your in the know and shooting ducks in a barrel.
