Hi all.
I am a noob in stock market and I generally buy shares based on colleague's recommendation. I do own some shares in ROC since early this year.
Given the outcome of the EGM today, should I actually swap my holdings in ROC for HZN?
In theory, the price of ROC and HZN should match after taking into account of the 0.724 conversion factor. This means that HZN SP should rise as we moves closer to the merger date as it is currently undervalued compare to the converted ROC SP.
Are there anyone out there doing this at the moment and is there some kind of catch which I am not aware of?
Was thinking about swaping over today but thought of holding it off til next week to have a think through.
