The Woolworths at the Brisbane Airport DFO has the Paris Creek Farms Brie in now. We originally bought (6 months ago) it at Southbank Woolworths.  The Brie now has a different texture. It is not as soft and not as tasty. Has anyone else noticed?

Also, does anyone know if the family who started Paris Creek and developed these products are still involved with Paris Creek or have they left either voluntarily or involuntarily.

The worst thing you can do when you buy a successful business is move on the people who made it successful. Not saying that's happened but just wondering.

Maggie Beer products are everywhere in Brisbane. Woolworths, Coles, IGA, Fruit shops etc. Lets hope they are selling. They are a bit pricey, but at least they are available.
