Valuations of many companies in current market seem off!
A strengthening USD is important to bottom line.
Coal announcement aint a biggy, perhaps sales agreements and confirmation will see this rise steadily.
Not an exciting stock to be in but if numbers turn out as expected then re-rating will occur with phase 2 and phase 3 adding to share appreciation longer term.
