Imo ebitda is not the only part of the performance equation for CM8. I will be looking for:

1. ebitda (growth)
2. net debt (reduction)
3. Track performance growth
4. Q&A performance growth

Unrealistic of course to expect all 4 boxes to be ticked but in order of importance for me is Track performance then Q&A performance then debt reduction then ebitda (if they get the 1st two right the debt & ebitda should take care of themselves).
