Agree, no one wastes their own cash weeks before a qtr Ann unless they believe the market will react favourably....otherwise you'd wait and do afterwards. IMO the buying was done purposley at the end of Dec to indicate the Dec qtr revenue/result was known at that stage.

Question is, what do we, the market, believe "material" means?

5% of ebitda was a nerdy accounting rule. Doubt this would float too many boats so got to be more IMO.

More optimistic now......bottoms can do that!!
