Best course of action would be drill it up and jorc it out and sell it off. Tanzania while the pick of the African countries to invest in still has regulalatory hurdles that Tanga need to meet to mine. Environmental certificate to start with which can take a year, and then mining license (2 types in Tanzania depending on if capex is >usd$100m the bigger capex involved greater complexity and a negotiated govt free carry %) with going from past experience can also take a year.
I'm not in a position to buy as I'm up to my gills in other stocks for now. But it's tempting at some point
